Several years ago, Dr. Kamoo was asked to conduct an “immigration evaluation” for a prominent Detroit-area immigration attorney.  At that time, it was not clearly understood what such an assessment involved or why it was needed.  Later, after recognizing the benefits of these evaluations, Dr. Kamoo set out to gain a better understanding of these assessments.
